Transactional Emails

When I joined the Prime team, there were dozens of templates and visual styles used in the transactional email flow; resulting in confusion for both the business and the customer. My goal was to create and test into a single, modular template that addressed all possible transactional use-cases. For this, I concepted and delivered business requirements documentation, UX wireframes, visual prototypes, development redlines, and necessary production assets.
