As the creative lead for Prime Day, the biggest challenge my team faced was generating creative content at scale while navigating Amazon’s internal landscape of graphic creation and merchandising tools. After becoming closely acquainted with these challenges, I set out to established a vision for the future of a system that worked for marketers, merchandisers, and creatives alike.
This goal became a team – and we developped a suite of design and marketing automation tools that, to date,have been used to automate millions of graphics, reclaim hundreds of thousands of design hours, and save millions in operational costs.
