As the main avenue for customer’s to join Prime, the landing environment was in dire need of a redesign. As the redesign lead, I worked with customers research, led wireframing, built prototypes, ran user testing, coordinated with eng teams on development, performed QA, and rolled out the new CX globally. In the end, the redesigned page has been the central key to signing up more than 40M Prime members around the world.
