Revealing a world of CRM without frustration

For sales teams, CRM tools are seen as a “necessary evil” – hard to learn and always in the way. For them, daily frustration are a way of life. A main Dynamics selling point is ease of use – tools built to help teams win fast without struggle. Our pre-roll campaign told the story of a sales team that hasn’t quite adjusted to this new way of being.

I worked with the lead copywriter to concept the campaign, storyboard the videos, and art direct the shoot/edit.
